1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Gimel website (gimel.ai) or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. About Gimel
Gimel, operated by Wayby Inc., is a platform that will let users convert unused airline miles and credit card points into cash donations for schools and charitable institutions they select. Gimel is currently in a pre-launch phase. At this stage, the site allows you to learn about Gimel and join a waitlist to be notified when the service becomes available. Full platform features are not yet live.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Gimel or join the waitlist.
4. Waitlist and communications
If you provide your email and/or phone number to join the waitlist, you consent to receive communications from Gimel about our launch and your account, consistent with our Privacy Policy. SMS messages are sent only if you separately opt in, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Gimel name, logo, site content, and software are owned by Gimel or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-launch phase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gimel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gimel and Wayby Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
